As a senior manager and thought leader, Patrick brings extensive expertise in people analytics, continuous listening, organizational design, survey management, employee experience, employee engagement, HR management information, and strategic workforce planning within a global corporate environment.
A frequent speaker at leading People/HR analytics and strategic workforce planning conferences, Patrick is widely recognized for his contributions to the field. Currently a Ph.D. candidate, he is conducting research on the adoption and internalization of workforce analytics.
Previously, Patrick held a global leadership role at ABN AMRO, where he was responsible for people analytics, strategic workforce management, organizational design, HR management information, and HR survey management initiatives. During his tenure, he played a key role in advancing an evidence-based HR function to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
