Órla is the Head of Talent & Organisation: Global Retail & Netherlands at ING Group, a global bank with a strong European foundation. With a diverse workforce of more than 60,000 employees, ING serves over 37 million customers—including retail clients, corporate businesses, and financial institutions—across more than 40 countries.
