Mark Vlaanderen

Mark is a dynamic HR leader with a strategic vision for driving company-wide transformation. As Vice President of Human Resources at Nexperia, he plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s people strategy and ensuring HR is a key enabler of business success.

In addition to leading Centers of Excellence (CoE) within HR, Mark is responsible for overseeing HR transformation, operational excellence, and strategic workforce planning. As a member of the Executive Management Team, he represents HR at the highest levels, working alongside the CFO and Chief Strategy Officer as part of the Financial Management Committee.

With a strong focus on aligning HR with business objectives, Mark drives HR strategy, budget management, and functional performance, ensuring that Nexperia remains a people-first organization ready for the future.
