She is responsible for delivering program strategy, mindset transformations, and change management services that help organizations achieve business goals while aligning strategically with Workhuman’s value proposition.

As a thought leader both internally and externally, Clare shares subject matter expertise on key HR topics, leads projects to expand Workhuman’s presence in EMEA, fosters relationships with senior decision-makers, and provides direct consultation to the company’s largest and most complex customers.
