Beginning his journey in frontline roles, he has worked across customer service, leadership development, and colleague communications, gaining a deep understanding of both operational and strategic aspects of employee engagement. As Colleague Recognition Manager, Christopher has played a key role in transforming British Airways’ approach to employee appreciation. He has led the implementation of a company-wide recognition program, managed large-scale events, and developed initiatives that strengthen workplace culture. His expertise extends to employee insights, training, and program management, ensuring that recognition remains a core pillar of the company’s people strategy.
